The second installment of E.L. James Fifty Shades Trilogy gets more exciting. Christian begins to accept little by little his dark past although sometimes it still haunts him. He begins to realize that he really loves Anastasia. He began consulting Flynn together with Ana. He starts to open up to her. And in return, Ana began to understand where he's coming from and why he became the person he is today.
One thing I love about the trilogy is Christian and Anastasia's email correspondence. I love it so much. It's so cute. I like how they name their subject's and how they enjoy emailing each other.
And oh boy, I so love Christian. I like his choice of gifts. LOL! He is so generous. Imagine your boyfriend giving you an Audi R8, a Macbook, a blackberry, a SAAB car, IPAD, and a bunch of designer clothes and shoes! Pretty expensive eh? I love the IPAD because he created a playlist for her and the books which are all scanned versions of the first editions of her favorite books. He learns to become romantic. I love how he surprises Ana. It's obvious that he's really in love. He's also a very jealous and a control freak boyfie. It's pretty cute.
Kate Kavanagh, Ana's best friend, falls for Elliot, who is Christian's brother. Mia, Christian's younger sister, seems to be falling for Ethan, who is Kate's brother. Oh cool, the story becomes more exciting.
E.L. James added a thrill in the story by adding Leila, Christian's ex-submissive. The oh-so-protective Christian did everything to make Anastasia be safer which led Ana to live with him in Escala. He found Leila before she causes any harm to Ana. He helped Leila by letting her see Dr. Flynn, his psychiatrist. He also supported her schooling.
Jack Hyde's was also added in this books. I guess he will reappear in the last book as well. I'm guessing, he'll become a big part of the last installment.
As Christian and Anastasia feel relaxed and complete and happier than ever with each other comes another problem that needs immediate solutions before it gets out of hand.
